COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP IS THE FOUNDATION OF OUR ASSOCIATION Their talent and expertise in dealing with all aspects of college transition are needed in order for us to do our work! Responsible for educating membership regarding ethical practices (as defined in NACAC's Guide to Ethical Practice in College Admission), the Committee acts as a liaison with NACAC, promoting standards through a network of national and affiliate leaders, and monitors and discusses trends in the educational landscape and the college transition process affecting students and counseling professionals. The committee is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and staffing educational and professional development events for secondary and postsecondary high school and college counselors. COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEEThe Communications Committee is responsible for sharing important information with the INACAC membership through a quarterly e-newsletter, periodic emails with timely news and announcements and through social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). If you have news to share with our membership, we would love to send it out on your behalf!

Each year, INACAC partners with NACAC to host the annual Indianapolis National College Fair. In addition to providing Indiana students the opportunity to connect with over 200 colleges and universities throughout the US, this event also generates a revenue stream for our association. The College Fair Committee is also responsible for hosting The Greater Indianapolis Northside College Fair. The INACAC College Fair Committee oversees:

The purpose of the Finance committee is to review the Fiscal Policy of the Association and to advise the Executive Board on policy changes appropriately.
