President, Past President, President Elect, Secretary, Secretary Elect, Treasurer, Vice Treasurer, Ex-Officio Members, Committee Chairs An individual in the three-year Presidential cycle begins in the President Elect position and ends with the Past President position. The Secretary and Treasurer positions are not a part of the three-year cycle. The members of the Executive Cabinet participate in training at our national affiliate headquarters, NACAC, in Virginia.
